Group or team activities can teach more important skills for life than those activities which are done alone.Do you agree or disagree?

There is a debate over which activities are better with something that collaborative tasks can teach practical life skills, and others proposing that they might be taught through exercises performed individually. I completely agree with the former opinion, as teamwork can foster both leadership and negotiating skills.

On the one hand, working alone is better to concentrate on the task. To avoid frequent distractions, finding a peaceful place and completing all exercises is the best way out. Moreover, accomplishing everything independently can offer faster decision-making. Thereby, both focus and quick decision-making are the main features that can be needed in crucial life situations such as completing all the tasks at work on time and so on.

For example, in a group project, someone can take the lead and organizing the tasks ensuring deadlines are met, and resolving any conflicts within the team; boosting skills of a leader. Furthermore, teamwork can improve negotiation between the group's participants. Although there may be some disagreements in the group, having a conversation may improve this state. If people converse, they can come to a final decision of a debate, hence improving their abilities of leading conversations.
